Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2 years experience in hotel/villa operations or similar supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of operational procedures (daily, monthly, and annual cycles).
- Ability to monitor, control, and ensure service quality standards.
- Skilled in staff scheduling, coordination, and performance control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain good guest relations.
- Capable of handling and completing operational projects effectively.
- Ability to set, monitor, and evaluate operational KPI targets.
