Housekeeping Supervisor (Opening Villa – Ubud)
Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring all villa areas (guest rooms and public areas) are clean, well-maintained, and meet established quality standards. This role supervises the housekeeping team, conducts room inspections, manages daily operations, and ensures a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications:
General Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Experience in villa, boutique hotel, or resort environment is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Good understanding of housekeeping SOP and inspection procedures
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Ability to manage inventory, linen control, and stock levels
- Basic knowledge of PMS is an advantage
