Housekeeping Supervisor (Opening Villa – Ubud)

Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring all villa areas (guest rooms and public areas) are clean, well-maintained, and meet established quality standards. This role supervises the housekeeping team, conducts room inspections, manages daily operations, and ensures a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications:

General Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Experience in villa, boutique hotel, or resort environment is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Good understanding of housekeeping SOP and inspection procedures
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
  • Ability to manage inventory, linen control, and stock levels
  • Basic knowledge of PMS is an advantage
